There is a street clock in the middle of the sidewalk on the 700 block of S Broadway. I don’t know the history of this clock, but E. Howard & Co Boston, Mass. are famous clockmakers. Examples of similar clocks I've found date from the 1910s. This beautiful clock is in disrepair and it would be lovely to see it restored. Especially with the planned future of S Broadway as a walkable community hub, this clock could really be an icon for the area.
