Bob Ragland's Home the Non-Starving Artist

Bob Ragland was a local visual artist in Denver for over 50 years. He was self proclaimed to be a "non-starving artist". He sold art from his front porch and having a BOGO sale of art to pay off his home in the Whittier neighborhood.
