Both the business and the googie style building are an East Colfax treasure.....a blast from the past that is still operating today!
In 1937, the Bastien family purchased the Moon Drive Inn, located at 3503 E Colfax Ave, and it’s still our location today. “The Moon” (as it was known) quickly became a favorite hangout for young and old alike, famous and infamous as well!
In 1958, the old building was torn down and the current building replaced it, designed by Mr. Bastien himself. The Rest is history.
